This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create a comprehensive business strategy to exceed sales objectives across the DACH region.
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prioritize the acquisition of new logos through proactive outbound efforts.
• Assist clients in appreciating the value of Cribl during the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition at all organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs.
• Provide accurate forecasts and consistently meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners to stimulate new business growth.
• Work across multiple time zones, which may occasionally necessitate performing duties outside of regular working hours.
• Proficiency in conducting business in German, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales position, with a proven record of meeting targets in a lead-generation capacity.
• Experience in developing sales pipelines and initiating new accounts, including lead generation.
• A consistent history of exceeding performance expectations annually.
• Familiarity with navigating intricate sales cycles.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to Security and IT professionals.
• Background in selling through security channel partners.
• Proven success in building a territory from the ground up.
• Knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership: ensuring both self and others meet commitments.
