This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance sales execution and expedite organic revenue growth across a portfolio of companies.
• Collaborate with CEOs and Business Unit leaders to bolster pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and commercial maturity.
• Serve as the sales manager for one or more Business Units, overseeing weekly operations, establishing priorities, coaching the team, and ensuring accountability among sellers.
• Take ownership of the team, pipeline, forecast, and bookings figures while acting as the sales manager.
• Propel new and expansion bookings growth throughout the cluster.
• Fortify outbound prospecting, account expansion, renewals, and opportunity reactivation efforts.
• Enhance execution across the entire funnel from lead generation to closing and account retention.
• Integrate sales methodology and qualification standards.
• Facilitate deal and pipeline reviews along with targeted coaching.
• Augment forecast reliability to achieve a variance of 5% or better.
• Establish and enforce opportunity qualification standards.
• Identify revenue risks early and propose recommended actions.
• Monitor underperformance and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee revenue definitions, quota design, attainment measurement, sales capacity planning, and commission alignment.
• Contribute to the annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial planning process.
• Analyze revenue performance across segments, teams, and funnel stages.
• Generate written diagnostics and prioritized action plans for Business Units.
• Provide insights on pricing, discounting, packaging, and ICP conversion efficiency.
• Convert performance signals into executive recommendations and commercial action plans.
• Strategically partner with CEOs and Business Unit leaders.
• Develop reusable playbooks and diagnostics for other regions.
• 6–10 years of overall experience in B2B SaaS revenue roles.
• A minimum of 3–4 years in a sales management role, responsible for a team’s bookings performance.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue targets in a management capacity.
• Direct experience in leading and developing a sales team, encompassing hiring, coaching, and addressing underperformance.
• Experience in implementing structured pipeline management, qualification standards, deal reviews, and forecast enhancements.
• Ability to diagnose revenue performance across the entire funnel.
• Proficiency in managing through CRM data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot as management tools.
• Experience collaborating with CEOs, founders, or general managers on commercial performance.
• Ability to adapt sales management strategies across companies with varying sales maturity levels.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication across the group.
• Experience in the European B2B SaaS market is required.
• Commercial finance literacy is a significant advantage.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or multi-entity SaaS environment is a strong plus.
• Full business proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based.
