This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives by cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, qualification, pipeline creation, forecasting, and closing deals.
• Create new business opportunities through cold calls, following up on leads, and conducting in-person customer meetings.
• Prepare and present customer quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms in conjunction with the Sales Director.
• Offer technical and application support to customers regarding the use and handling of company products.
• Collaborate closely with plant staff, marketing, technical services, and customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction concerning quality, delivery, and service.
• Attend and present at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and training events as necessary.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive challenges, pricing trends, and alternative solutions available in the market.
• Integrate market intelligence into sales planning and account strategies to safeguard and expand market share.
• Work with the Sales Director to design and implement regional growth strategies, penetration plans, and long-term goals.
• Keep precise records of customer and opportunity information in the CRM, including call reports, project profiles, and account specifics.
• Provide prompt and precise sales forecasts to aid in annual and long-term sales budgets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of territory sales experience in Commercial Construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in funnel management and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High personal savvy with a talent for building long-term customer relationships.
