This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Taking ownership of and implementing the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
• Overseeing and expanding a high-performing network of channel partners.
• Driving intricate sales opportunities from the qualification phase through to order intake.
• Ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Fostering strong relationships with partners, customers, and essential stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively across functions to facilitate deal execution and market expansion.
• 5–10 years of experience in technical B2B sales.
• A background in water treatment / UV disinfection is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in selling through channel partner / distributor models.
• Experience in managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
