This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Represent TP-Link’s comprehensive range of wired, wireless, cloud, surveillance, and network management/security solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key channel partners, MSPs, and end users to enhance adoption and drive revenue.
• Recruit and cultivate high-performing partners while optimizing revenue with existing accounts.
• Propel sales outcomes through strategic planning, solution positioning, and the execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Identify new opportunities in emerging markets and expand the company's presence across key verticals.
• Reside within and travel throughout the territory (up to 50%) to foster and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in sales, technical sales, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings, along with an awareness of competitive offerings.
• A solid track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives in various group settings.
• Familiarity with IT solutions encompassing networking, cloud computing, hardware, and software.
• Demonstrated sales success, showcasing strong negotiation skills and closing capabilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A self-motivated, ambitious individual who takes pride in their business success.
• Strong understanding of Sales CRM fundamentals.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 50%.
