This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Drive regional sales activities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead by example through direct engagement with customers and successfully closing deals.
• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing sales team within your area.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with the overall company vision.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure value and consistency throughout the customer journey.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline assessments.
• Keep abreast of regional market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• 10–15+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2G technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing multi-million-dollar targets.
• Demonstrated success in both individual sales and team leadership positions.
• Experience in managing regional sales teams and driving growth in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
• Subject matter expertise and proven experience with technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber AI Cybersecurity Exposure and Threat Management (or CTEM) Attack Surface Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
• High levels of initiative, accountability, and professional integrity.
• Experience selling to senior executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) in enterprise or government accounts.
• Proven success in regional sales across [e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC].
• Previous leadership experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up setting.
