This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Achieve or surpass the annual bookings and new business generation goals for the designated territory.
• Identify, assess, and secure new business prospects within the assigned accounts and markets.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at increasing revenue with key clients.
• Oversee the complete sales process, collaborating with product line and technical staff to present solutions and finalize deals.
• Enhance current customer relationships by recognizing follow-on and cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline that aligns with corporate growth targets.
• Develop opportunity capture strategies in partnership with product line teams.
• Deliver precise and timely monthly forecasts and territory updates.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of regional customers, markets, competitors, and applications.
• Assist in marketing and business development initiatives, including trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in one or more of the following sectors: Defense, Space, Wireless / Telecom, Industrial electronics.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a territory and close complex, technically oriented sales opportunities.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and committed to disciplined pipeline management.
