This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Generate new sales from designated prospect accounts within the Australia & New Zealand regions.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to foster business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract finalization.
• Achieve or surpass your sales quota by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients.
• Formulate territory and account strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Prioritize and direct sales activities by organizing accounts and territories.
• Identify potential new customers.
• Conduct market analysis and establish a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Partner with collaborators to create new customer opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
• Innovatively source new prospects and strategically position Securonix's value proposition to align with their requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and industry authority to prospective clients.
• Remain informed about competitor products and be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
• Transform client feedback into actionable strategies to generate new business and mitigate competitive risks.
• Influence client choices and negotiate solutions effectively.
• Collaborate closely and communicate efficiently with various cross-functional teams.
• Over 10 years of total experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Hunter-oriented role.
• Focus on new logo acquisition.
• Proven experience in executing sales strategies.
• Background in selling cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation.
• Specific sales experience in the Australia & New Zealand regions.
• Familiarity with working at an Enterprise SIEM company or an Enterprise Cybersecurity company with SIEM.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through prospecting and generating new business.
• Ability to predict an accurate sales forecast and demonstrate effective pipeline management.
• History of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
• Highly developed professional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and respond quickly to shifting business priorities.
• Well-versed in MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
• Strong critical thinking and creativity skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings as necessary.
