Regional Sales Manager

📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Regional Sales Manager, well-versed in both channel management and enterprise sales, to become a part of our dynamic global sales team.

• Act as the primary liaison for opportunities and accounts within the designated territory.

• Actively contribute to the success of sales and company objectives.

• Develop territory strategies and tactics to enhance the pipeline and engage new opportunities.

• Lead and take part in the sales process for significant, strategic, or high-impact deals.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and cultivate new channel partners within the territory.

• Collaborate closely with partners to secure opportunities and increase existing customer engagement.

• Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.

• Assist in responding to RFP, RFI, and POC inquiries.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

• Participate in regular deal reviews and provide updates on sales activities.

• Forecast territory sales and key partner performance on a monthly basis.

• Track and manage all opportunities in the CRM according to company standards.

• Enhance brand visibility by attending trade shows, conducting webinars, and supporting partner-led demand generation efforts.

• Lead cross-functional sales initiatives, involving technical, marketing, and executive resources as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software, SaaS sales, or AIDC solutions, encompassing channel management and direct enterprise sales.

• Proven track record of generating revenue through partner channels and direct enterprise sales.

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in deciding between partner-led and direct sales engagement models.

• Experience with strategic and consultative selling approaches.

• Capability to clearly present technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.

• History of crafting and delivering successful proposals.

• Experience in selling complementary technologies that align with ERP, WMS, and MES environments.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully close sales opportunities.

• Willingness to travel within ANZ as necessary, up to 25-30%.
