This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Implement and carry out the national brand strategy within your designated territory.
• Engage, acquire, and oversee new clients in accordance with the established strategy.
• Inspire, develop, and guide the team to foster a robust “hunter” mentality and a performance-oriented culture.
• Evaluate KPIs, formulate actionable steps, and organize meetings and training to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
• Several years of experience in leading and developing teams with a demonstrated history of success.
• Extensive sales background, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication abilities and empathy, with confidence and effectiveness in networking.
• Adaptable and mobile, capable of managing complex tasks with a high level of initiative and dependability.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about social media platforms.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Residence in southern Germany.
