This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Accountable for managing all customer locations (both direct and indirect) within a specified geographic area, focusing on the growth of OEM/machine builder accounts.
• Drive specifications for new designs and increase share on existing designs across customer accounts.
• Work in partnership with our Distributor Commercial team when jointly targeting end customer business.
• Collaborate effectively in a team selling environment alongside Customer Service, Application Engineering, Product Line Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, and other team members as required.
• Influence purchasing choices at various organizational levels.
• Implement structured selling processes to achieve quotas through intentional account planning, effective time and territory management, and adept funnel opportunity management/CRM use.
• Inform OEMs and distributors about the unique advantages and value of Regal Rexnord Linear Motion Products as appropriate.
• Direct customers towards tailored solutions when standard, off-the-shelf products do not fulfill their needs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by fostering productive, professional relationships with key distributors to facilitate collaborative selling at indirect accounts.
• Proactively evaluate, clarify, and confirm customer requirements through the QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process.
• Optimize new business development and marketing-driven opportunities.
• Maintain robust technical expertise in the knowledge and application of Thomson Linear Motion Products within targeted markets by engaging technical support resources as necessary.
• Create and sustain a Key Account Management Plan (KAMP) for strategically significant accounts; leverage CRM to coordinate actions and manage opportunities.
• Lead customer stakeholder discussions to uncover ideas and concerns, steering groups toward solutions using a consultative approach.
• Regularly update leadership on market conditions, including industry segment trends, competitor activity, and sought-after product features/benefits.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and channel partner events as needed.
• BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in outside technical sales within an industrial or manufacturing setting, ideally involving motion control or electromechanical products.
• Over 3 years of outside technical sales experience; motion control experience with motors/drives/controls is preferred; strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Capability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Policy Deployment, 80/20 methodologies, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, Teams, and Excel is preferred.
