This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct research and identify potential customers; create new accounts through lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Market and sell Pace Packaging equipment, while formulating plans and strategies to broaden the customer base; create, sustain, and implement a Regional Account Plan.
• Develop and deliver sales proposals and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Pace Packaging Sales Director to assess regional needs and priorities; work with the marketing team to support targeted initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a sales or customer service role.
• A 2 or 4 year technical degree or certification in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
