Area Sales Manager – Southwest Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the main contact for acquiring, supporting, and advising customers within your designated sales territory.

• You are tasked with conducting annual review meetings, implementing customer retention initiatives, and negotiating terms and conditions.

• By frequently visiting your customers, you foster strong customer loyalty.

• Oversee the showroom, including product demonstrations and providing advice on the latest therapy devices and techniques.

• You engage in cross-regional trade fairs to sustain existing customer relationships and establish new ones.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed commercial vocational training or possess a university degree.

• Alternatively, you have training as a physiotherapist or masseur and envision your future in sales.

• You can show experience and initial achievements in sales.

• You are skilled in using standard MS Office applications and have experience with an ERP or CRM system.

• You have excellent proficiency in the German language.

• You exhibit strong communication and negotiation abilities and are consistently organized.

• You hold a valid driver's license and have a passion for travel.
