This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and inspire a team of Sales Representatives dedicated to Enterprise Accounts.
• Formulate account strategies aimed at achieving objectives and surpassing quota expectations.
• Optimize Fortinet opportunities while delivering value-added solutions to enterprise organizations.
• Act as the primary contact responsible for the communication flow between executive management and the team.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to enhance the core business focus, serving as the team leader accountable for the quality and success of activities within the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
• Maintain effective working relationships with assigned region MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals.
• Consistently build and manage an accurate territory pipeline.
• Travel within the designated territory is required.
• Extensive experience in technology sales with a focus on team management.
• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to enterprise clients.
• Background in the network security sector.
• A proven history of significant over-quota achievements and a stable career trajectory.
• Experience in closing large-scale deals.
• Sales experience must include one of the following: 1) Firewall/VPN, 2) AV, 3) IDS/IDP.
• Exceptional presentation skills for both executives and individual contributors.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Goal-oriented individual with extensive interpersonal managerial skills, outstanding business acumen, and proven leadership capabilities in mentoring, motivating, and developing teams.
