This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• You will oversee and mentor a team of skilled Sales representatives focused on onboarding new affiliate partners in the Real Estate, Legal, and Wealth Management sectors.
• You will hold complete accountability for enhancing our market share and overall revenue from Portugal.
• Collaborate with our Head of Southern Europe and our Chief Revenue Officer to strategize, budget, and implement our sales approach in Portugal.
• Build a robust network within the legal and investment management sectors, while establishing new Affiliate Partnerships with your team.
• Engage closely with stakeholders across sales, product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to effectively convey client needs and optimize new business conversions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Currencies Direct service as well as our innovative Redpin Products.
• A demonstrated history of successfully leading high-performing sales teams and recruiting new representatives.
• Native-level Portuguese, fluency in English, and (preferably) a solid understanding of Spanish.
• Proven achievements in developing propositions and commercializing Affiliate Partnerships within the Financial Services and Software sectors.
• Comfortable participating in essential in-person meetings with Financial Service clients.
• Adequate understanding and experience with integration methodologies to effectively collaborate with product and development teams in creating comprehensive solutions.
• A strong record of collaborative efforts across multiple functions.
• Consistent ability to close high-value deals and surpass financial objectives.
