This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Propel revenue growth by overseeing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and delivering outcomes that align with the company's goals.
• Execute customized strategies for Essity's Health and Medical Advanced Wound Care products, concentrating on Acute Care and significant IDN partnerships in the Southeast Region.
• Guide and mentor your team to ensure sustained performance and growth.
• Conduct field visits, attract top talent, onboard new team members, and provide tailored development plans for sales representatives.
• Formulate regional business plans that are in sync with corporate objectives and work alongside marketing and corporate teams for effective execution.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including KOLs, healthcare leaders, and IDN executives.
• Represent Essity in critical negotiations and strategic discussions.
• Ensure adherence to policies and enhance the use of CRM tools for precise sales reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to strengthen ties with distributors, dealers, and other B2B accounts.
• Create networks with clinical and distributor partners to maximize growth prospects.
• Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers on the National Team to exchange best practices, align strategies, and promote a culture of success.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in medical device sales leadership, with a robust understanding of the GPO contracting process and IDN health systems.
• Proficient in crafting business plans, managing CRM systems, and implementing sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the hospital and healthcare sectors.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sales Methodology, including GPS Sales Processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Master’s degree is a plus), with outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% during the workweek, possessing a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
