This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• You will lead, mentor, and develop a Belgium-based team consisting of 4 sales representatives and 1 educator to achieve business objectives, emphasizing hospital account performance and execution quality.
• As a member of the Benelux Leadership Team (BLX LT), you will provide leadership for Belgium, ensuring strong alignment between Belgium & Luxembourg field execution and Benelux priorities, governance, and operational cadence.

• You will spearhead Belgium business planning: identifying and targeting market opportunities, translating priorities into concrete account/territory plans, and monitoring progress through CRM and analytics to allocate resources effectively.
• You will oversee tender readiness and execution: managing the tender response process and RACI, mobilizing necessary inputs (value propositions, evidence, documentation, and pricing), and ensuring disciplined execution at the account level post-outcome.
• You will maintain and manage a transparent Belgium tender pipeline/tracker and establish a regular internal rhythm to keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, deadlines, and upcoming steps.
• You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address tender-driven operational needs (such as electronic invoicing requirements).

• 2-5 years of prior management or leadership experience.
• Proven ability as a people leader/player-coach: adept at guiding performance through clear objectives, structured rhythms, field engagement, and practical developmental feedback.
• A strong track record of sales achievements in the healthcare/MedTech sector, with confidence in navigating hospital stakeholder environments and managing longer-cycle accounts.
• Demonstrated capability in managing tenders from start to finish: converting tender requirements into actionable work plans, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and producing high-quality submissions under deadline constraints.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing quality/value against pricing strategies in tender situations.
• Proficient in analytics and CRM: comfortable utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to oversee performance, forecast accurately, identify opportunity gaps, and prioritize efforts effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and matrix influence skills: capable of mobilizing internal partners to facilitate execution and achieve outcomes.
• Language proficiency to operate effectively across Belgium’s market (French/Dutch/English as necessary for customer engagement and internal collaboration).
• A comprehensive and robust benefits program.
• Opportunities for growth on a global scale.
• Access to career development through in-house learning initiatives and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
• An exciting and innovative organization that leads the industry, dedicated to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
