This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Promote VinSolutions products to franchise automotive dealerships.
• Drive and optimize sales revenue while expanding the customer base within the designated territory.
• Provide innovative solutions to assist dealers in achieving their business goals.
• Share insights regarding VinSolutions products and the business challenges faced by dealers with internal stakeholders.
• Emphasize the value of current VinSolutions and Cox Automotive products.
• Act as the main point of contact for VinSolutions.
• Cultivate, enhance, and consistently strengthen dealer relationships.
• Employ Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to navigate and finalize complex sales opportunities.
• Offer clients insights on industry trends, strategies, and challenges.
• Foster consensus among client stakeholders regarding Cox Automotive Retail Solutions products.
• Collaborate independently and with others to tackle deal-specific challenges.
• Discuss, showcase, and illustrate the advantages of VinSolutions solutions.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Fill open or existing territories as necessary.
• Develop connections with both new and current dealers.
• Establish trusted relationships with dealership decision-makers, including Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers.
• Participate in frequent travel within the assigned sales territory of Georgia and Alabama, which may exceed 70% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6 years of related experience.
• Alternative qualifications include: a master’s degree with 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Solutions (VinSolutions, DDC, Xtime, DMS, F&I, Auto Trader, KBB, or vAuto) IRSM or RSM.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Over 5 years of knowledge in automotive software, advertising, or automotive software sales, including comparable dealership and finance software.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly automotive dealerships and Fixed Ops processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, sales, and territory management skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting research and data.
• Skills in database management and customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven and disciplined with an energetic and engaging personality.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorships, now or in the future.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Annual incentive/commission potential of $85,000.00.
