This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and nurture the team of sales representatives, ensuring effective implementation of the commercial strategy, customer segmentation, and operational discipline within designated territories.
• This role integrates structured follow-up, performance evaluation, and field coaching, placing a strong focus on talent development through continuous feedback, ongoing training, and personalized coaching.
• The primary duty is to consistently and sustainably meet sales targets, reinforcing high-performance teams with strong engagement and accountability for outcomes.
• Capability to foster and sustain positive and productive working relationships, both internally and externally, while collaborating across various areas and organizational tiers.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to cultivate robust relationships with professionals at all levels.
• Exhibits sound judgment, respect, and consistency in interactions with teams and clients, leading by example with integrity and ethical standards.
• Proficient in active listening and effective verbal and written communication, including the ability to convey information clearly, structurally, and persuasively to groups.
• Proven capacity to analyze data, investigate scenarios, make informed business decisions, and resolve issues in a structured, results-driven manner.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining focus, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, showcasing strong leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to consistently lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Proficient in delivering clear, timely, and constructive feedback aimed at team development and the attainment of business objectives.
• Willingness and openness to engage in continuous learning and take on additional responsibilities, enhancing current skills and acquiring new knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for analysis, tracking, and management presentations.
