This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales approach for the DACH markets that meets performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
• Plan, lead, and drive sales for Industrial Air Solutions Brand Products, including Envirocare International, Fisher Klosterman, Flex-Kleen HEE-Duall, and Verantis.
• Maintain and expand the existing customer base.
• Build, develop, manage, and lead a sales team to effectively target all potential customers.
• Utilize industry expertise in Semiconductor and/or Incineration and/or Petrochemical and/or Primary Metals manufacturing, while managing customer relationships to comprehend complex requirements on both business and technical fronts.
• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with key accounts.
• Supervise the upkeep of the corporate CRM (Salesforce.com) database by adding new contact information and routinely reviewing data to ensure it remains current and accurate.
• Summarize and report on sales forecasts and pipeline status to management.
• Define and guide the timely and precise forecasting, quoting, and bidding process in collaboration with the Applications Engineering Team.
• Ensure regular and timely communication regarding competitive intelligence, product concerns, market trends, and customer perceptions of Industrial Solutions products and services.
• Identify and convert leads into profitable business relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Provide the leadership team with customer insights to inspire continuous improvement in product offerings and market strategies.
• Actively engage in training initiatives.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Process and/or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling capital equipment within industrial markets.
• Preferred technical background with an understanding of air pollution control technologies.
• At least 3 years of management experience is required, including the management of external sales representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and a proven track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales environments.
• High personal motivation, goal orientation, diligence, and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Preferred understanding of EPA emissions, the European Union Industrial Emissions Directive, Best Available Technologies, and BREF requirements.
• Experience with materials used in corrosive and/or high temperature and pressure environments.
• Expected to travel up to 50% of the time; must possess the necessary supporting documents for cross-border travel.
