This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the growth of customer base and territory.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate opportunities across diverse markets.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Provide support to customers and partners throughout the sales process.
• Build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers.
• Aid customers in assessing solutions.
• Foster strong connections with security integrators, distributors, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners.
• Oversee multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
• Organize resources to ensure customer success.
• Travel within the territory to assist customers and partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
• At least 3-5 years of proven success in business-to-business sales, business development, account management, or partner development.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a geographical territory and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Experience directly engaging with end users and strategic accounts (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with consultants, architects, engineers, and design professionals (preferred).
