Regional Sales Leader – X-ray

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales orders and revenue targets; optimize profit margins on equipment and service contract sales.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice, and imaging center service lines to identify qualified leads, expand market share, increase revenue, and minimize customer attrition.

• Assist in leading cross-functional commercial teams to coordinate deals and long-term strategies that align with a mutually beneficial framework, enhancing market share, revenue, and profitability.

• Utilize diagnostic imaging expertise in X-Ray to stimulate funnel growth within the region.

• Showcase a deep understanding of customers’ installed base and create sales proposals that align with their annual budgeting processes.

• Work alongside the account community team to aid in the development of negotiation strategies.

• Decrease cycle time by utilizing Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to monitor customer and account activities, enhance visibility, drive market share, and prioritize the sales funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical X-Ray expertise, clinical technology leadership in X-Ray, or hospital administration in imaging; OR 8+ years of experience in any mix of medical sales, marketing, clinical applications, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging.

• Proven ability to present complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers.

• Must reside in the Chesapeake territory and be prepared to travel within the defined area (DC, MD, and VA).
