This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Lead Sales initiatives effectively.
β’ Recognize and execute opportunities for automating and enhancing processes, concentrating on scalability and achieving substantial growth.
β’ Take the lead in expanding our operations in Mexico.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant B2C sales leadership experience, especially in remote distributed teams, with a preference for online sales.
β’ Practical experience in B2C sales.
β’ In-depth knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies in the region.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems and a keen interest in utilizing AI tools.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with a minimum level of C1 in both spoken and written forms.
β’ Fully remote work from any location.
β’ Flexible working hours, with a commitment of no less than 40 hours per week.
