β€’ Lead Sales initiatives effectively.

β€’ Recognize and execute opportunities for automating and enhancing processes, concentrating on scalability and achieving substantial growth.

β€’ Take the lead in expanding our operations in Mexico.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant B2C sales leadership experience, especially in remote distributed teams, with a preference for online sales.

β€’ Practical experience in B2C sales.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies in the region.

β€’ Strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and a keen interest in utilizing AI tools.

β€’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with a minimum level of C1 in both spoken and written forms.
