
Regional Sales Incentive Compensation Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of sales incentive compensation processes throughout Western Europe and Francophone Africa, ensuring a coherent, structured, and well-synchronized approach across various countries.
• Collaborate with local country commercial, finance, and operations teams to aid in the accurate interpretation and application of incentive compensation methodologies.
• Take ownership of and manage the entire planning, calculation, validation, and payment process of sales incentive compensation for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
• Ensure precision, timeliness, auditability, and data integrity during all incentive cycles.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that aim to enhance sales incentive compensation processes, tools, automation, and data quality.
• Monitor process performance and proactively suggest enhancements to boost effectiveness and the stakeholder experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related area.
• Significant experience in Sales Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Finance, or a comparable analytical or operational position, ideally in a regional or international context.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in managing complex calculations, data validation, and incentive processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CRM and Sales Performance Management tools is a considerable advantage.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable working within matrixed organizations, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities across different countries.
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
