Regional Sales Director – New Logo

📋 Description

• TeleTracking is on the lookout for a motivated Regional Sales Director – New Logo to enhance our presence by securing new health systems.

• Develop your own pipeline, gain access to C-suite executives, and finalize intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements from initial contact to signature.

• Transform operational challenges into measurable results — focusing on capacity, throughput, labor, and margin — linked to executive performance metrics.

• Engage in discovery and qualification processes, interacting with C-suite, operational leaders, security, legal, and procurement teams, negotiating until closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare, managing a quota in enterprise software, platforms, or analytics sales.

• Proven success in securing new logos within large health systems, equipped with a replicable outbound strategy. Be prepared to discuss two or three examples in detail.

• Mastery of the enterprise landscape — including C-suite, security, legal, procurement, capital planning, and contracting.

• A track record as a closer: achievement of quotas, membership in President's Club, and victories in competitive scenarios.

• Strong executive presence. You facilitate focused meetings, present a clear perspective, and drive decisions rather than postponements.
