This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales leadership, preferably in sectors involving flexible packaging, extrusion, printing, or converting technologies.
• Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in complex, multi-market environments (e.g., beverages, industrial, consumer goods).
• Strategic thinker with a practical approach to execution.
• Possess a strong leadership presence, capable of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Solid commercial and technical knowledge, allowing for the alignment of market demands with production capabilities.
• Proficient in both English and German.
