This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier sales professionals while promoting a culture that values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
• Address customer challenges by leveraging Zscaler's distinctive value proposition.
• Provide accurate business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while developing individual growth plans for each sales representative.
• Collaborate with key functional teams including Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for major partners, creating collaborative plans, generating pipeline, and guiding opportunities to successful closure.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading successful Enterprise sales teams within the software and/or security sectors.
• A proven history of exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience collaborating with partners such as Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit high-performing sales talent.
