This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top-tier sales talent while promoting a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Address customer challenges through Zscaler's distinctive value proposition.
• Provide precise business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while establishing development plans for each sales representative.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and other essential functional roles.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners to formulate joint plans, create pipeline opportunities, and drive deals to completion.
• Over 5 years of experience leading successful Enterprise sales teams in the software and security sectors.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Experience collaborating with partners including VARs and distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit high-performing sales professionals.
