This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Drive sales growth for enterprises throughout Europe, initially concentrating on Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
• Identify and advance qualified new opportunities with large mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Oversee the execution of complex deals from initial engagement through negotiation to closing.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Articulate THG’s value proposition in digital trust, traceability, sustainability, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Transform market interest, pilot initiatives, and partner-led discussions into a qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, delivery, and partner teams to define opportunities and enhance commercial execution.
• Ensure high-quality pipeline maintenance, forecasting discipline, and rigorous commercial practices.
• Travel within the territory as necessary to engage with customers, advance strategic opportunities, and negotiate deals.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software and services sales, showcasing a robust track record in acquiring new business.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, with executive visibility and commercial accountability.
• Proven experience in establishing strategic accounts and generating pipeline in greenfield or less penetrated markets.
• Capability to link technical solutions to business priorities, transformation initiatives, and executive-level outcomes.
• Strong credibility with senior customer stakeholders and sound commercial judgment.
• Experience in selling consultative, high-value solutions with extended and more intricate sales cycles.
• Valuable experience working with partners, advisory firms, or ecosystem-led go-to-market models.
• Familiarity with Web3, DLT, blockchain, digital identity, supply chain traceability, ESG, or AI-related propositions is beneficial, though not essential.
• Experience utilizing MEDD(P)ICC or a comparable enterprise sales framework is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in business English and German is mandatory.
