This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Sales Executives throughout the DACH and Benelux regions.
• Spearhead talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and employee retention initiatives.
• Take ownership of and achieve the regional revenue targets.
• Formulate and implement a go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Enforce strict pipeline management practices within the team.
• Work with a comprehensive understanding of private equity performance metrics.
• Serve as a senior representative of customer insights and regional dynamics within the organization.
• Forge robust relationships across departments to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Demonstrated success as a senior sales leader in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Extensive experience in leading transformative changes within a sales organization.
• Strong expertise in building and cultivating high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in operating within a private equity-backed company.
• Proven record of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional skills in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with German fluency and Dutch being highly beneficial.
