Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Function as an Enterprise Account Executive within the Illumio field organization, identifying and generating new sales opportunities among our target accounts while leading a virtual team of Illumio personnel and external partners to secure these opportunities.

• Develop and implement a territory plan for your target accounts, focusing on a strategy for “landing and expanding,” while prospecting within these accounts to engage potential champions and sponsors to generate opportunities.

• Capable of executing a regional sales strategy that fosters strong collaboration among ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field team resources.

• Precisely forecast the business objectives of both your clients and Illumio.

• Recognize, connect with, and cultivate relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of comprehensive enterprise sales experience, particularly in security or networking software, with a minimum of 5 years of co-selling expertise alongside a robust partner network.

• Capable of delivering engaging “teaching conversations” that are specifically tailored to the unique circumstances of each prospect.

• Able to act with urgency and leverage all available channels to promote Illumio effectively.

• Proficient at asking insightful questions, a strong listener, and technically adept in understanding the solution.

• Proven history of successful sales to C-suite executives (across all business lines) with an extensive network of contacts within the region.

• Experience in a dynamic company environment with the capability to adapt as necessary.
