This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary leader within the Illumio field organization, identifying and creating new sales opportunities in our target accounts while guiding a virtual team of Illumio personnel and external partners to secure these opportunities.
• Develop and implement a territory plan for your target accounts, focusing on strategies for "landing and expanding," along with prospecting into these designated accounts.
• Lead a regional sales strategy that ensures close collaboration among ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field team resources.
• Provide accurate forecasts regarding the business objectives of both your clients and Illumio.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other partners.
• Over 8 years of experience in full cycle enterprise sales, with a robust background in security and/or networking software.
• More than 5 years of co-selling experience, leveraging a strong partner network.
• Capable of delivering engaging “teaching conversations” that are specifically tailored to each prospect's context.
• Proficient in engaging with a sense of urgency and maximizing all potential sales channels for Illumio.
• Proven success in selling to the C-suite across various business lines, complete with a strong network of contacts in the region.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt as necessary.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
