This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and take ownership of the territory strategy to meet quota and revenue growth objectives.
• Adhere strictly to an established sales methodology and lead generation framework.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout the Hyperfine organization.
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) or quarterback for the client during the sales process.
• Manage intricate sales with multiple concurrent work streams.
• Possess experience in selling within complex environments (ICU, ED, OR) and demonstrate expertise in anatomy and patient procedures.
• Show a proven track record of successfully selling technical information to clinicians.
• Assist with live events, including demonstrations and conferences.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to follow up on leads and identify new customers.
• Work alongside commercial and internal stakeholders to provide feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Experience in capital sales.
• Driven by a mission, dedicated, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with the sales process, including weekly planning, CRM updates, lead generation, project coordination, building surgeon advocates, and experience in C-suite sales.
• Exceptional professional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to prompt follow-up both internally and externally.
• Resilient, with a proven history of sales achievements.
• Strong skills in customer engagement and management.
• Proficient in CRM, BRM, MS Office Suite, G-Suite or iWork, web-based documentation/sharing, and web conferencing tools.
• Knowledgeable in complex medical terminology and clinical care pathways.
• Intellectually curious.
