Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Promote Definiti retirement solutions within the designated region.

• Establish new relationships with financial advisors that will lead to proposals and sales within the assigned area.

• Achieve sales targets in the specified territory by identifying and engaging new clients.

• Maintain a robust network of advisors, consultants, platform wholesalers, DCIO partners, and other professionals focused on retirement services.

• Cultivate relationships with plan sponsors through direct interactions with key contacts and partners.

• Oversee travel, entertainment, and distribution partnership budgets when necessary.

• Manage a territory focused on strategic relationships.

• Keep accurate data to assess challenges, successes, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategies aimed at driving accelerated growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of demonstrated sales experience, including at least two to three years in the retirement or financial services industry.

• Capability to manage a region with established connections to advisors in that area.

• Strong working knowledge of retirement plan services is preferred.

• Travel within the territory is required; approximately 50% or as necessary.
