This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Proven sales and management expertise in leading teams of senior sales professionals.
• Oversee daily personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota achievement, sales presentations, and the management of short term, mid-term, and long-term opportunities.
• Maintain a robust network of VAR resellers to address all relevant aspects related to CrowdStrike's sales strategy and objectives.
• Identify, develop, and implement account strategies to secure new business opportunities and enhance revenue with clients throughout the designated region, both independently and collaboratively.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota objectives.
• Target and establish connections with decision-makers in key prospect accounts within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with operational peers across various functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enhance visibility with target accounts and foster engagement with target prospects at both individual contributor and executive levels.
• Work collaboratively within the partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
• Accurately capture, maintain, and share relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics tools; experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team focused on selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.
• Strong comprehension of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings in the market.
• Proven track record of surpassing booking and revenue targets.
• Successful experience in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales approaches.
• Must be assertive, a self-starter capable of building executive relationships, articulating CrowdStrike’s product and business strategies, and generating demand that leads to successful deals.
• Demonstrated aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze intricate multivariate challenges, using a systematic approach to achieve swift resolution.
• Recognized experience in developing and nurturing relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, applicable internally and externally.
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making competencies.
• Ability to work remotely and be prepared to travel on short notice.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
