This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Take ownership of the complete deal life-cycle, from identifying new accounts to finalizing contracts.
• Navigate complex buying organizations, engaging with Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement teams, and C-suite economic decision-makers.
• Conduct executive-level discovery sessions to uncover business challenges that quantum computing can solve.
• Manage focused sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, typically within 3–6 month cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with product teams, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal stakeholders.
• Articulate the Classiq value proposition and establish the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Structure deals with an eye towards expansion from day one.
• Contribute to the development of territory strategy, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Classiq at major industry events, serving as a credible voice within the quantum ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a precise sales pipeline with a strong focus on qualification discipline.
• Engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research institutions.
• Influence regional go-to-market strategies and support Classiq’s long-term growth in the Nordics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales.
• Proven track record of securing deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) exceeding $200K.
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific named accounts and quantifiable results available for reference.
• Experience in selling within an emerging or pre-mainstream category where you had to educate buyers.
• Ability to engage technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers without losing credibility.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers.
• Comfort in a fast-evolving sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability to a highly agile and rapidly changing startup atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and native in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish).
• Technical degree and MBA are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one target vertical: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense.
• Prior experience carrying a sales quota exceeding $2M ARR with a documented history of attainment.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during their pre-mainstream phase.
