
Regional Sales Director – AI Fleet Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take ownership and expand a regional portfolio of refuse/waste and municipal fleet accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, pilot programs, closing deals, and expanding under a per-truck subscription model.
• Successfully secure competitive municipal RFPs and navigate the complexities of public-sector procurement.
• Collaborate with our dealer network and body/OEM partners to source and finalize agreements.
• Develop multi-year subscription contracts and pilot projects with well-defined success metrics.
• Act as the customer's advocate to the product team while we shape the future roadmap.
• A proven portfolio in refuse/waste or vocational fleets (this is the primary requirement).
• Over 5 years of experience in selling SaaS, telematics, fleet video, or fleet management technology.
• A successful history of closing deals with large private haulers and/or municipal fleets.
• Expertise in responding to and winning RFPs and navigating public-sector procurement processes.
• Comfort in selling an integrated solution that includes hardware, software, and AI, rather than just a standalone product.
• A proactive hunter mentality combined with consultative skills for managing multi-stakeholder deals.
