This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the regional sales team, fostering behavioral growth and technical expertise while cultivating a collaborative, results-driven atmosphere;

• Engage and build relationships with strategic clients, overseeing and strategizing enhancements in commercial processes with assistance from the technical department, determining optimal product offerings, evaluating customer satisfaction, and exploring new market avenues;

• Inspire, guide, and assist the team in identifying prospects, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales, particularly within the construction sector;

• Track performance metrics for the area and team, formulating definitive action plans that facilitate informed decision-making and ensure the attainment of targets;

• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for the region, pinpointing market opportunities, examining trends, competition, and regional demand;

• Keep systematic records of negotiations and sales initiatives in the CRM, guaranteeing data integrity and its application in management and decision-making;

• Initiate requests for product development, maintenance, or customization based on recognized opportunities;

• Monitor key clients, observing volume trends, market share, and competitor activities, and recommending strategic initiatives;

• Conduct market mapping and analysis through visits, associations, entities, and available data, generating commercial intelligence for the business;

• Assist in the preparation of area forecasts and SKU portfolio management;

• Oversee the network of sales representatives and distributors, evaluating performance (budget versus actual) and encouraging their continuous development;

• Provide technical and commercial training to the team, representatives, and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and service standards;

• Promote synergy and the exchange of best practices among team members;

• Facilitate the customer complaint management process, ensuring proper resolution with relevant departments and customer satisfaction;

• Supervise the area’s budget and expenses, ensuring resources are used efficiently;

• Compile regular reports on results, challenges, and action plans, actively participating in the area's operational routines;


⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel.

• Valid driver's license (CNH) category B.

• Resident of Greater São Paulo.

• Robust experience in B2B sales, ideally focused on construction companies, with experience in leading commercial teams and managing channels (representatives and distributors), strong results and KPI orientation, familiarity with CRM and forecasting, and analytical skills for market analysis and decision-making.

• Preferred higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with specialization in commercial domains.

• Experience in personnel development, negotiation, and management of strategic clients will be regarded as advantageous.
