This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively engage with potential customers to explore new business and bidding opportunities.
• Collect and leverage business intelligence on prospects to enhance sales calls, product demonstrations, and new business development.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Product Management and Marketing team regarding their brand, products, and services.
• Play a vital role in establishing partnerships, alliances, and relationships with end users in your area.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and business units at LION to ensure comprehensive customer success.
• Manage bid sites and oversee bid-related emails.
• Track and manage activities using CRM (Salesforce).
• Prepare bids and proposals for submission.
• Oversee contract renewal timelines.
• Assist in reviewing, advising, and preparing necessary documentation for bid modifications.
• Evaluate potential risks associated with bids that may impact the organization.
• Report the status of ongoing bid processes to management.
• Maintain historical data on customer purchasing behavior.
• Take proactive action on marketing leads.
• Support LTC National Sales with quotes and administrative responsibilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant work experience taken into account.
• Ability to forge strong connections with end-users, LION’s distribution channels, and the TotalCare team.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic email, and smartphone applications.
• Demonstrated capability as a sales support and business development asset.
• Preferred understanding of business acumen and budgeting/forecasting processes.
