This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in the active selling of YARA fertilizers and digital solutions in the regions of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, northern Brandenburg, Saxony, or Saxony-Anhalt.
• Proactively seek new agricultural clients while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Enhance regional sales by implementing targeted sales strategies and adopting a value-based selling approach.
• Perform regional market and potential analyses to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute independent sales initiatives in close collaboration with sales management.
• Organize and facilitate regional events tailored for farmers.
• Develop and sustain a reliable regional network within the agricultural sector.
• Actively contribute to regional and national Yara projects.
• A university degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field; alternatively, relevant agricultural or commercial vocational training with suitable professional experience.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• A strong regional network with farms, trading partners, and advisors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and effective time management skills.
• Team-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel).
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within northern and eastern Germany.
