
Regional Quality Manager – Southwest, Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Supervise and manage the quality assurance and control processes for all PV EPC projects within the designated region.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Perform regular inspections and audits on both ongoing and completed projects.
• Oversee quality control processes, including the testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials used in PV projects.
• Provide training and support to project teams regarding best practices in quality assurance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Carry out formal audits to ensure compliance with documentation, reporting methods, installation processes, and material handling.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis as necessary and develop, implement, and monitor formal CAPAs based on findings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are strongly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc. are all highly preferred qualifications.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and control methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety practices.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
