Regional Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manages the staffing and recruitment processes, including the hiring, training, and development of all team members.

• Implements initiatives from corporate departments to community team members and executes them as required.

• Conducts visits to assigned properties as necessary to perform inspections, which includes assessing curb appeal, safety standards, office and maintenance operations, capital improvements, risk management issues, common areas, and adherence to brand consistency.

• Provides guidance and assistance in planning the move-in, move-out, and turnover processes to ensure successful transitions.

• May be called to a property in emergency situations when additional leadership is needed on-site or to address short-term vacancies.

• Ensures that all emergencies occurring at the property are reported to the relevant departments in line with policy guidelines.

• Engages in coaching conversations regarding opportunities across all operational functions of the property by offering direct and timely feedback with an emphasis on team and individual development.

• Prioritizes employee engagement and ensures that associates have the resources necessary for success.

• Identifies the strengths and skill sets of team members to make informed staffing decisions. Provides training and holds team members accountable for achieving property goals and adhering to Scion policies and service expectations.

• Collaborates with the Talent Management/Training teams to establish career paths and training programs for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably a college graduate, with at least 4 years of property management experience, including direct supervisory roles, and prior multi-site management experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.

• Must reside near a major hub such as Norman, OK.

• Must have the ability and willingness to travel, with expenses covered by the company.
