Regional Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manages the staffing and recruitment processes, as well as the hiring, training, and development of all team members.

• Implements initiatives from corporate departments to community team members and executes them effectively.

• Conducts property inspections at assigned locations as necessary.

• Provides guidance and support in planning the move-in, move-out, and turnover processes.

• May be called to a property in emergency situations when additional leadership is required.

• Ensures that emergencies are reported to the appropriate departments in accordance with policy guidelines.

• Engages in coaching conversations to address areas for improvement.

• Prioritizes employee engagement while ensuring associates have the necessary resources for success.

• Collaborates with the Talent Management and Training teams to develop career paths and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred college graduate with at least 4 years of experience in property management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

• Must reside near a major hub, such as Bloomington, IN.

• Willingness and ability to travel, with expenses covered by the company.
