Regional Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Train, deploy, and oversee near-peer mentors to facilitate the delivery of HealthCorps’ established programs.

• Manage health-promoting initiatives, including Teens Make Health Happen Clubs, monthly wellness campaigns, community events, and regional and national health fairs.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with school districts, universities, student wellness officers, local alumni, and strategic community partners to develop a robust network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• 3+ years of applicable program management experience OR 5–7 years in health and wellness, education, or service-based programs.

• Experience in mentoring or supervising teenagers, university students, or staff, with a solid understanding of recruitment and training.

• Background in working within an educational system.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Established professional network in Atlantic City related to health, wellness, or education.

• A passion for health education, youth development, and community wellness.

• Willingness to implement and enhance dynamic programs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in managing school-based programming and collaborating with administrators.

• Proven ability to initiate tasks, stay organized, and solve problems in resource-constrained environments.

• Experience in managing a program budget.

• A growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
