Regional Program Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assist the Outdoor Experience Manager in creating, managing, and implementing outdoor programs, camps, and adventure challenges.

• Aid the Girl Program Manager in the creation, management, and execution of girl programs and regional events.

• Provide support for the Highest Awards program through administrative oversight and virtual guidance for participants.

• Help the Adult Development Manager with the onboarding, training, and recognition of volunteers.

• Facilitate the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for participants.

• Gather, evaluate, and present both quantitative and qualitative data to measure program success and identify improvement areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education, Recreation, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• At least 3-5 years of experience in leading outdoor programs or similar positions, preferably in an international or multicultural environment, including volunteer experience.

• Understanding of safety protocols, risk management, and industry standards related to outdoor and adventure activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in English is necessary.

• Experience collaborating with volunteers and diverse teams.
