Regional Production Manager – Expanded Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Propel regional growth in loan volume by actively advocating for Guild’s expanded and Non-QM product offerings.

• Enhance the penetration of expanded products for each Loan Officer through educational initiatives, scenario analysis, and proactive identification of opportunities.

• Partner with Loan Officers early in the loan process to transition borrowers into expanded solutions when suitable.

• Aid in structuring intricate income, asset, and credit scenarios.

• Conduct expanded product training sessions, workshops, and webinars designed for Loan Officers and Branch Managers.

• Deliver exceptional support to all producing regions as an extension of field sales and the primary point of contact for product assistance.

• Facilitate necessary in-person training programs for newly recruited Loan Officers, LOAs, and Transaction Coordinators on programs, systems, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least five years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a proven background in expanded products.

• Strong analytical skills capable of reviewing and evaluating loan files to make product recommendations.

• In-depth knowledge of expanded products including Bank Statement programs, DSCR / Investor programs, Asset Utilization, Interest-Only, and Jumbo Non-Agency products.

• Demonstrated ability to educate and influence Loan Officers effectively.

• Experience in reviewing loan scenarios and identifying alternative financing options.

• Established relationships with Loan Officers and Branch Managers in the region.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on production.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications.
