Regional Portfolio Manager, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the overall success of the implementation project portfolio within your designated region.

• Formulate long-term implementation strategies that align with the business objectives of customers.

• Ensure that implementation projects yield measurable business value and meet the expected outcomes.

• Lead governance efforts across multiple customer accounts and various implementation projects.

• Offer strategic guidance to customers and partners throughout intricate implementation programs.

• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Proactively identify delivery risks within the portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.

• Promote continuous improvements in delivery quality, governance, and implementation methodologies.

• Mentor and guide Delivery Assurance Leads who oversee operational project management.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that implementation programs achieve sustainable business outcomes.

• Monitor the health of the portfolio through metrics related to delivery, implementation progress, project performance, and business results.

• Advocate for best practices in project management, delivery governance, and implementation excellence throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Enterprise Software Delivery, Consulting, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise implementation portfolios.

• Strong grasp of enterprise software implementation methodologies and delivery governance principles.

• Experience working with executive stakeholders and C-level management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to balance strategic thinking with practical decision-making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across different geographical locations.

• A genuine passion for delivering excellence and achieving successful enterprise implementations.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
