This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve established goals and strategic outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs aimed at helping OEM auto manufacturers and/or their dealership networks enhance their Finance & Insurance business.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic advantage and an added value product/service.
• Create a significant presence at industry events, conferences, and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives to optimize sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and objection handling skills among industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars aimed at boosting dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
• Develop and apply training and marketing materials that are approved by managers and the company.
• Support dealers in adhering to applicable laws and regulations through best practice evaluations and ongoing training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer participation in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes organized by Safe-Guard.
• Educate and train all relevant departments and personnel on the features, advantages, and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans to enhance the sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Strengthen relationships with key partners and collaborate closely to devise win/win strategies aimed at enhancing productivity.
• Over 6 years of experience in automotive retail management (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• At least 2 years of specific F&I experience (which can be part of the 6+ years mentioned above).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling the current suite of F&I products.
• Proven experience in account development with sustained success.
• Skilled in hands-on training development for dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Established track record of success in creating innovative programs through the implementation of proven conversion methods.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time - Company car provided for specific programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
