
Regional Performance Manager – Automotive F&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Participate in business development and account management efforts within the designated territory to enhance revenue and meet sales objectives.
• Utilize Safe-Guard’s branded training platform as a unique differentiator and added value for dealer partners.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to implement initiatives aimed at maximizing sales revenue and achieving goals for dealer partners and Safe-Guard.
• Conduct training seminars for dealers aimed at boosting dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
• Employ approved training and marketing materials.
• Support dealers in adhering to applicable laws and regulations through best practice reviews and ongoing training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer involvement in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes organized by Safe-Guard.
• Ensure that all dealer staff are trained on the features, benefits, and added value of the product offerings.
• Execute action plans aimed at increasing sales of the product suite.
• Initiate and propel dealer conversions through ongoing presentation meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred, but not mandatory.
• A minimum of five years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least three years of retail F&I experience.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
• Must have a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a proven history of sales success.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking ownership of a client portfolio to drive business growth.
• Experience in delivering in-store F&I training programs.
• Proven track record of success in delivering F&I training.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling a portfolio of F&I products.
• Experienced in sales development with sustained results.
• Skilled in providing hands-on training to dealer personnel.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with key dealer personnel and collaborate closely to formulate win/win strategies that enhance productivity.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
