This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Secure new district logos and achieve the annual new business target within a designated territory.
• Establish and uphold a pipeline coverage of 3x to facilitate the achievement of quarterly and annual quotas.
• Promote the cross-selling of at least one new Riverside Insights product to existing customer districts each year.
• Collaborate with Renewal Account Managers for quarterly joint account strategy sessions focused on top districts.
• Execute a structured, stage-based sales process with well-defined exit criteria and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Articulate product value and ROI in relation to district initiatives such as MTSS, PBIS, SEL, early learning, and assessment modernization.
• Transition pilots and limited implementations into broad multi-school or district-wide adoptions in conjunction with Professional Learning and Customer Success.
• Provide forecast accuracy within a margin of plus or minus 10% on a rolling quarterly basis.
• Proven K-12 sales experience with a successful record of acquiring net-new logos.
• Established history of consistently meeting quotas in both hunting and cross-selling capacities.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to closure.
• Strong skills in pipeline development, KPI tracking, and forecasting discipline, including 3x pipeline coverage and meticulous CRM documentation.
• Proficient in consultative discovery and needs-analysis, with the ability to align solutions with district instructional priorities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in securing multi-year agreements.
• Demonstrated persistence, urgency, and resilience in competitive market environments.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Renewals, Professional Learning, Customer Success) while maintaining a district-first focus.
• Familiarity with K-12 instructional, assessment, and student wellness frameworks (MTSS, PBIS, SEL, early learning).
• Experience in selling assessment, SEL, or student wellness solutions to district leaders.
• Proven ability to convert pilot programs into district-wide implementation.
• Established connections with district decision-makers within the assigned territory.
